Help me with my Orzhov deck

This is the deck: Orzhov The deck is not absolutely bad, but I feel that it could be much better. If you have any suggestions on what to add/take to/from it, please state them. I am especially bad at taking cards out, always find myself having a hard time with that~ So please, if you make suggestions, also state what you would take it for the deck to run smoother.
