help me with my Rats, Modern tribal discard fun time

I need some help with this deck, the main win condition so far is The Rack /Nezumi Shortfang + Liliana's Caress

First rule is, yes I know Thougtseize and Liliana of the Veil would go great in here but i am just not gonna shell out that kind of cabbage for them so don't waste the text.

second is. I want cards that 2-for-1. for example. I would rather run Cry of Contrition over Inquisition of Kozilek simply because it gets two cards out of your hand for the price of one.

after that fire away. this is supposed to be a fun semi competitive deck so fire away
