Help my girlfriend learn EDH?

My girlfriend made her first EDH deck and she's really looking for a lot of pointers and hints (particularly as she desperately wants to beat my Teneb deck!).

It's a token deck. Pretty classic Selesnya stuff going on. Budget is high - keep individual cards to under $50 though if possible.
She'd be really grateful for any help :)

We ask him to share his secrets. If he doesn't tell us at first, then we sacrifice Goat tokens to him in the hopes that it will appease him and give us the answers we seek.

For now, best way to learn is play, and keep playing. From there the rest comes naturally :) Though don't let her fall into the trap of tailoring her deck around yours. I did that against someone's re animator deck, which worked when it was in same pod, but when it wasn't, my deck flopped a bit haha.
