Help! Need a competitive deck

Hi, I've been playing mtg for a few years and have been going to FNM for a wee bit less. You see, at my local store, the meta game Only changes when sets rotate. So right now, everyone but me is playing either rakdos aggro, selesnya beatdown, or golgari zombies. Just so you know, I'm short on money, so I'd like to keep this deck under 30 dollars (us). So, I was hoping the fine folks here at tappedout could be of some help...

YOUR CHALLENGE

Build a deck using any number of common/ uncommon cards from RTR, and any number of other cards. The non-RTR commons or uncommons cannot exceed 30 dollars combined.

Ps. I'm currently playing junk reanimator, and I happen to love that play style, so that would be a nice starting point ;P
