Help needed Standard Competitive Golgari deck

Hi, I'd like to build a somewhat competitive standard deck using Thoughtseize and Vraska the Unseen . Problem is I don't currently have many of the staple Golgari cards and I seem to have a hard time as to which direction the deck should take. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here is the problematic deck: Greek Golgari
