Help needed to exploit potential combo

So, just stumbled upon Food Chain in combination with Misthollow Griffin there has got to be an exciting way to break this other than the obvious infinite blue mana combo (or of any color if you add Orochi Leafcaller . Thoughts..?
Was thinking something using comes into play abilities.

A fun one to start with is card:Garruk's Packleader or Soul of the Harvest , as they allow you to draw as many cards as you need.

I do like the card:Garruk's Packleader idea. lets me draw into the rest of my deck for a win condition. thanks!

darn, just realised i need a creature-based win condition for the deck, otherwise it won't work (thanks to the clause "spend this mana only to cast craeture spells")

Well that's simple. Worldspine Wurm or Eldrazi creatures. You can use blue for early stall or card draw, maybe even Polymorph , so you can accomodate the griffin, and use the green for your opther combo piece, Eldrazi stuff like Nest Invader and whatnot.

Can I use the mana on a creature's kicker cost? Say, Verdeloth the Ancient ?

Not sure, you'll need to get someone else's clarification on that I'm afraid. Tempted to say yes as you are paying additional mana as you are casting the creature spell, but it might be considered two separate actions/things. :$

I'm on the fence about it for the exact same reason. If you'd like to have a look at the deck so far, here it is : Who's at the top of the food chain now?.
I can reliably get the combo off on turn 5 though Verdeloth the Ancient feels a little lacking in terms of an amazing win condition..

Warstorm Surge , card:Soul's Attendant, X-cost spells, you name it. There's plenty of ways to abuse infinite combos.
