Help new player B/G/W

OT2O B/G/WI am currently working on a standard deck that will mill itself to help me consistently get the cards I want by either returning them to my hand or the battlefield. I will also be utilizing the graveyard with Deathrite Shaman and I think creatures with scavange would be good too. The win condition I am looking for is to get big creatures out and use Vizkopa Guildmage to kill them with the creature.
It would be nice to be able to return any card to my hand or put big creatures that are hard to pay for onto the battlefield from the graveyard for the cost of a spell.
You can get a basic idea of what I am doing by looking at the few cards I have in the deck atm.
pleas give me suggestions and ideas for cards (Standard Only)

if you changed to esper colors i would recommend a control woth some additional mill cards such as psychic strike, thougth scour, pilfered plans etc. and then use the guildmage with consuming aberrations and a rogues passage for the kill. essence drain also works.
