Help on Necrotic Ooze deck

Making a Necrotic Ooze combo/self mill deck, and I'm not sure at all where to go from what I have or how to better it. My list is below. I need presence against aggro, Frites, and WRR type decks. I think I should be able to deal with Control in game 1.
