Help the necrophage

Hi, I've been playtesting The Necrophage on cockatrice alot lately. Its a BUG zombie agro-combo deck. I've noticed I always sideboard Lotleth Troll for the cards i need against my oponent. I'm now thinking of replacing lottleth troll with Garruk Relentless  ^Flip who would get me my combo in hand.

Need help deciding if i should replace it this way or replace something else or not add garruk at all.
