Help w/ Standard Aggro deck

I've found some speed and synergy with my current build but could definitely use some assistance. After some suggestions from a friend of mine, I added some discard as a control/protective measure. There's also some great removal.

I'd like to make this a good, competitive deck that wins in a meta soaked with token/populate decks, zombies, and U/W detain/control/planeswalker decks.

P.S. - I love Rancor and had it in at one point, but had to make room for the discard and what not.
