Help Wanted:Standard Izzet CounterBurn

I already have a basic Izzet Deck but I want to change it into a standard Izzet Counterburn deck.Since I know the deck will have alot of counterspells, I already know I will need copies Goblin Electromancer and Guttersnipe but I also need to know of other cards to add/remove from my deck. As well as add the Tarland-Sky-Summoner card for field coverage

I thought I should remove Charmbreaker Devils from the deck, but I actually think it would be useful, especially with Teleportal but thats those are my only ideas. Would anyone please lend your assistance??
