Help with a deck I still haven't gotten right

Hi!

Many months ago I started building this deck Servant of Nicol. The premise was that it would be a cruel control aiming at dropping Nicol Bolas on the field every game. To add in his survival, the Titans were supposed to be there to help. Now, with the new Primordials, I have added them as well.

This is very much a Timmy deck.

I have never built it though, just left it at concept, because it's never been quite right.

So here is what I would like help with. For the main board, I need help building this deck to be able to contend with 1v1, especially aggro decks. Those are everywhere in my playgroup/meta. For Side board, even if it goes over 15, I would like cards for a multiplayer environment to switch out with.

There are some things I'm considering dropping, like the Sol Ring. Few of my cards have colorless mana costs, save Nicol himself, that warrant it.

So yeah, just suggestions all around how to streamline it to drop Nicol and the fatties nearly every game and control the board as a best as possible while doing so.

Shouldn't be too hard!!!! haha right :/
