Help with a monoblack standard deck

Hi! I'm new to this site and I'm enjoying it a lot. :)
I just created a mono black standard deck (just a splash red) and need some help.
Deck list: Look who came to dinner!
It is working "ok" on cockatrice, but I'm having problems with BR Rakdos start and Bant midrange game.

Don't ou think 2 Diabolic Revelation will be too heavy to handle?About the Thrill-Kill Assassin I will try it. I forgot about him. :)

2 diabolic because you have 2 griselbrand instead of 4, the diabolic is in a way acting as another griselbrand that can be used to get other sweet stuff that you might need.

I played a FNM with the deck. It was a good surprise. I finished it 2/2/0 because I played it very poorly.First match was against a NayaHe started with a fast hand and I didn't have a chance 0x1Second game I sided in +3 card:Curse of Death's Hold (-2 Appetite for Brains and -1 Killing Wave ) and +3 Knight of Infamy (-1 Army of the Damned and -2 Tribute to Hunger ).I started with a fast hand and casted 2 curse's. GG 1x1Third game I kept the same deck and I he started it fast, but a Mutilate on T4 put everything under control.Monob: 1/0/0
Second match was against another NayaFirst game he mull to 3 cards and I played alone. 1x0Second game I haven't performed the same side changes as in last game. I had to mull to 3 and once he played alone. 1x1Third game was under control, with a Liliana of the Dark Realms and a Vampire Nighthawk giving me life, but I decided to pump it using Liliana's second ability and it found a Selesnya Charm . At the same time I lost both and the game after 2 turns. 2x1Monob: 1/1/0

Forth match was against the famous Red Deck Wins.First game I don't have much to tell, as I lost on T5 before being able to do anything. 1x0Second game I sided out all the discard cards and sided in the same cards from before. It was the perfect hand and he didn't have a chance.1x1Third game was very fast on his side, but a Mutilate when I was with just 2 life controlled the game.2x1Monob: 2/2/0
I noticed some problems on the deck and I'm thinking to include an extra swamp, another Mutilate and an Increasing Ambition . Definitely need to send part of the discards to the side and add another Mutilate on the side. This is the card that gives the deck any hope to win.

Side board Cremate for Crypt Ghast when it rotates in.maybe card:Liliana's Shade? and 1 more Diabolic Revelation to hit Griselbrand .Possibly Thrill-Kill Assassin sideboard against the rakdos aggro to bide time.
