Help with a U/R Burn/Control Deck

I would really like to make a standard deck and think you could make a fun one if you were to base it around Burning Vengeance, i would like to know if you guys have any ideas that might work with this (want to keep creatures to a minimum and a ton of spells so definately a good deck to use delvers)
Plenty of playtesting went into it :)
