Help with a Vampire Deck

I am extremely new too Magic and this is only my third deck. I think it is built pretty well with an emphasis on adding counters. I have gotten vamps up to 25/25 and even have been successful in getting my life 60+. So for me it seems to work pretty well but as I am new I am sure there is a lot of room for improvement. How do you think I should change my deck to make it better? Any help is appreciated.Vampire
