Help with blue avacyn restored deck

Hey everyone.. I usually don't play blue, but when i got 2x Tamiyo, the Moon Sage in a display I decided I was going to try making a deck.. I'm thinking on throwing in 2x devastion-tide and maybee some more bouncy stuff.. but i'm at a loss as of what to put in.. and what sort of win condition to strive for..Any help would be much appreciated :)
