I just started playing magic so I got a Dimir Gatecrash intro deck and after researching mill decks I realized that thats kind of what the intro deck was heading to. So im trying to build a good mill deck based off of it. Anyone have a good suggestion for a build? I posted something I think would be good. (http://imgur.com/tyx9HsI)Any advice is appreciated.

I recently have given a great deal of advice to someone else looking to mod the Dimir intro pack (a good start as in a casual environment it's surprisingly effective). You can find the deck and my comments here: Fighting With Shadows. My housemate's reasonably good (althougth techically Modern) mono-blue Mill deck can be found here: Mill.

You should probably input the list into TappedOut.net. What with all the 4-ofs it won't take long and the grapths it will output are very useful.

From a glance at your decklist my advice is probably that you need more creatures. Fog bank is useful but you can't rely on it alone to defend you against erverything- especially against Trample.

The guide minimum creatures in a ~normal deck is 15 and althougth you're only 1 away from that, it' still a target you should aim to meet taking your mana curve into account. If you're going to keep your creature count low (and ~weak) then you'll need more controlling spells to complement ther mill like Dimir Charm , Psychic Strike and better removal as otherwise you're going to quickly get flattened by creature based decks before you get a chance to mill them.

Hope this helps!

If you would like to try something a little more complicated, and you understand how the combat phases work you could try something Similar to this Dimir Death Dance its built around Ghost blocking. Ill explain what that is if you need me to.
