Help with Boros Heroic deck

Hello all!

I feel that my This is SPARTAAA does fairly well with the right hand, as it can hit very, very hard on turn 3-4. The problem is that since I have no idea what to take out to make the deck a bit more versatile, it feels a bit iffy when the leaders, reckoner or crusaders are not on the field. What could I add/take out to make it faster and more reliable?
