Help with Damia Ramp/Mill Deck

I've recently begun construction of a budget EDH deck with Damia, Sage of Stone . It revolves around ramp and persistent milling, and beatdown with heavy creatures if necessary.

However, I am new to EDH and would like as much help as possible with this deck. It also needs a new name. My curreld lint concern is with its relatively high avg CMC, so I would like help with that. I also would like to remove the cards that aren't very useful in EDH.

When commenting, please keep in mind my budget (of about $100) and my limited knowledge of the format (I probably missed some staple cards).
