Help with Elemental Tribal EDH

Walking a line between midrange and aggro in edh for multiplayer. Too much aggro makes you a instant target, in color that can't really protect themselves. It's inconsistent and clunky at the moment, but occasionally works really well. Capable of Turn 4 win with Incandescent Soulstoke pulling out Malignus and giving him doublestrike with Assault Strobe or Armed / Dangerous . Just looking for some suggestions and feedback.

Just so ya know, a double striking Malignus isn't an insta-kill. Say they're at 40 life. He'll hit them for 20 on first strike damage, taking them down to 20 life, then he'll shrink to a 10/10 and do 10 damage on normal combat damage, taking them to 10.

In a multiplayer game, it can be, as long as one opponent has at least 40 life.
