HELP with first modern deck.

This year I got back into magic after a ten year absence and wanted to dabble in a mono black modern deck. I would love any help and suggestions. I would try Dark Confidant but can't afford them at this time, the deck below I have all of those cards and will get more if the card works and is affordable. Thanks for taking the time to look.
