Help with my casual timmy / pinger deck

I am looking for some comments and help with my casual deck Timmy's Death Touch

The first few games played with this deck were a blast to play but I found my mana mix and speed to cast my key creatures to be an issue early on. And later in the game I have nothing to really use my lands for. Since then I have added some dual-ish lands, but am not sure I have my mana right yet.

This deck is a slow starter but I have found if I can last long enough it can clear creatures and last long enough to win a few games. I am looking for ways to play some/more cards in the first 3 turns and have consistent mana mix. Please leave me comments if you think you can help out.

Also as I sit I have 63 cards in the main deck and need to trim it down to 60 (I think?)
