Help with my Dimir Mill Deck

Hello! I was wondering if I could get any kind of help with my deck. It's a Mill deck that has some control and focuses more on some creatures that can benefit from the deck itself. It's a deck meant for Standard. I know I should add some more mana, but the only thing I can think about removing is the Dimir Charm and put 2 Nephalia Drownyard and 1 extra Island but I fear I might hinder myself by doing that as the Dimir Charm is quite versatile.

The Snapcaster Mage is in the Maybeboard because I don't have them and they are extremely expensive to get, plus they'll be gone soon. Only if I'm lucky enough to trade them I'd put them in the deck and replace the Delver of Secrets  ^Flip
