Help with my first deck (Izzet)

I made an Izzet deck recently and it's my first one. I have a good idea of the main stuff I need, but I'm having trouble keeping it down to 60 cards and making a side board. I have a pretty good description in the deck page and have stuff in the maybe board that I'd want to add but don't know exactly what to pick or if I'm running too many of certain cards.
