Help with my Modern Esper Reanimator please!

Hi there. This is my first attempt at making an eternal format deck from scratch. I was wondering if any of you have some suggestions. I really need help with the sideboard. Also, does the Coldsnap theme deck reprint of Dark Ritual make it a legal card to use in Modern?
