Help with my Red/Blue deck.

Hi guys, I recently started using a red/blue deck as my main deck after i got bored of my black/white one. Just wanted to know what you guys think of it and what you think I should change.

I'm still pretty new and I'm a budget player so preferably no cards that are too expensive.
