Help with my Sorin Markov deck

I made a deck centered around Sorin Markov, but I'm pretty new to Magic so I thought I'd ask for advice. I haven't bought these cards yet so I don't know how well they'll work. Any tips of getting rid of/adding cards I can really use! (Also, I have 61 cards - which card should go?)
