Help with Red/Blue no creatures

Hi, I have a "not so new" deck that is Red/Blue no creatures Damage and Control, and I have seen that there a new cards (stoped for some time) and need some tips.Here goes my list:

Lands

• Scalding Tarn x4

• Mountain x8

• Island x9

Instants

-Incinerate x2

-Mana Leak x4

-Counterspell x2

-Staggershock x4

-Burst Lightining x4

-Lightning Bolt x4

Sorcery

-Preordain x4

-Ponder x4

-Time Warp x4

-Mind Spring x4

Enchantment

-Pyromancer Ascension x4

Planeswalker

-Chandra Nallar x1

Sugestions?
