Help with R/W Aggro.

Guys, need with a big problem I'm having with my R/W aggro deck.Big creatures (mainly Loxodon Smiter and Wolfir Silverheart ) pose a big threat to my game. They're great blockers for my swarm of small creatures and and early Loxodon Smiter when combined with Rancor and Silverblade Paladin or Ajani, Caller of the Pride can kill me with one swing... (I've had that happen to me on the third or fourth turn...).If you could help me with any ideas to counter those threats.
