Help with Simic Graft Deck

Lately I've been messing around with green blue decks, just a fantastic combination. I've been messing around with the Simic Guild, and grafting is a cool mechanic but I think I might be putting much focus on counters and not enough stuff to prevent removal. What do you guys think?
