Help with standard and sideboard

I need help making this deck faster and keeping it cheap. I really want something to replace the Furious Resistance , as I should never be blocking. I also have no idea what to do about a sideboard. Also, never played standard.

About your sideboard what is your local meta? What strategies do you face, or what cards do you feel threatened by?

I have no idea about the meta. The way I understand it, it's a lot of naya blitz, boros blitz, ect.
