Help would be appreciated

So the deck that I'm running for Standard FNM, , and it did rather well on the first test run, but got stomped by a Lotleth Troll/Nighthowler deck. I feel that there could be stronger cards in the deck, so what suggestions would you make? Any additions/changes/omissions you would recommend? I feel like my main weakness is the sideboard, so help there would be very helpful. Thank you~
