I'm trying to refine my deck Black/White token deck to make it run a little faster and (eventually) be able to use it at FNM. Any suggestions that you make I will consider.

Thank you in advance.

Well, for one thing, I'm not sure what format you are going for here. Are you wanting to use it at FNM for Standard?

Regardless, there are some suggestions that I would like to make (and what will probably be everyone else's first suggestions as well).

Cut your cards down to as close to 60 as you can. Streamlining is of extreme importance. Of the same token, you also need to have waaaaay less one-ofs. It's going to be very difficult to ever get the cards you want/need if there is only one of them in the deck. You need to pick what cards are necessary for the deck, and include duplicates of those.

However, you might just go ahead and make a commander deck out of this. I'm not sure if you are familiar with the format, but it consists of 100 cards, with a maximum of 1 of each card excluding basic lands. You choose one commander (that has to be a legendary creature) that you can cast at any time, and is usually the focus of the deck. You also have to have cards in the deck that are of the same colors as the commander. You might look at Teysa, Orzhov Scion or Ghave, Guru of Spores as a commander if you decide to go that route.

Thank you for your feedback, but I want to narrow it down to 60 cards (or close too.) But I'm not sure which ones need to get cut. I'm thinking Phantom General and Hopeful Eidolon (Phantom General because I already have 2 Intangible Virtue and the +1/+1 is all I used him for) So advice/help would be nice in that aspect as well.
