Hi, right now my deck is BOROS IS COMING! suggestions/help welcome. I am trying to decide between having 3x Holy Mantle (As currently in my deck) or 3x Madcap Skills. Please let me know your thoughts/opinions

Madcap Skills CMC is lessmanacost versatility since 1Rthreatwise +3 is better than +2

Madcap Skills has my vote. I usually keep Volcanic Strength in my sideboard to swap them out versus any deck running mountains.

I run Madcap Skills in my boros deck and i love it. One of my favorite cards of gatecrash.

Madcap Skills in a boros deck will be much better than Holy Mantle . it has a smaller CMC and does more damage (most of the time).

Alright, so it sounds like Madcap Skills the way to go :)

Honestly, neither in those colors. I'd rather have creatures or burn instead.

Aggro is all about presenting a steady stream of threats, so allowing your opponent to deal with 2 cards with a single removal or turn their bounce spells into psuedo-removal instead of just tempo is usually not worth the "haste" effect of auras. This makes it easier for them to stabilize against your early aggression and then turn the game in their favor. You're also bound to have some draws or board states where you're stuck with auras in hand with no creatures to play.

Bant Pants can get away with it because of their hexproof creatures and auras that don't die, Rancor . The one exception for your colors currently is Volcanic Strength , which you can safely bring out of the sideboard knowing that red decks, unless their splashing black, will have to 2 for 2 you with their usually Searing Spear and Pillar of Flame removal to kill anything you suit up to at least 4 toughness.
