Horror mill (an attempt)

Hi there, I am fairly new to magic and I am trying to get my horror deck to work but it is just lacking. I can't decide if I wanna splash green in it for some mana ramp and I am trying to find some useful, relatively cheap draw power (Idealy CMC of 3 or less). I really enjoy how hard it mills and how much power my creatures can get. I also like the Stronghold Assassin and Reassembling Skeleton or with Attrition which adds some hardcore spot removal, I would also like some exiling cards so I can permanently remove creatures that may be a problem from the graveyard out of the game.
