How bad am I after over a decade of non-playing??

Hey there, was looking for some advice on the 2 decks I have on my profile here; a white life gain & a black/white drain deck. There's been so many new/better/different cards since I've stopped, I'm not quite sure what's out there to improve these decks.... Any comments & constructive criticism welcome :)
I've not played MTG for over a decade and started late April this year. It's also my first time on this site, so apologies if I've not put something correctly on here :P

Black Tide of darkness this is a top tier Travis Woo Gain/Drain that set off so many triggers you gotta keep track of both extort triggers and mana pool on paper. Deck is tricky and meaner than it looks.
