How can I beat RDW?

I want to make a deck and figure out which cards are best to beat a RDW

It depends a bit on the format, but a solid plan is to be the bigger aggro deck that also incorporates some from of good life gain. This gives you good blockers and also the ability to close out the game before they can find enough reach to finish you off. For instance, putting Unflinching Courage on a Loxodon Smiter is pretty much lights out for RDW in standard.

Drown in Sorrow on t3 or t4 pretty much wins the game against them.

What colors are you wanting to play?

I would just load up on board wipes. Anger of the Gods , Drown in Sorrow , Supreme Verdict , Mizzium Mortars , Merciless Eviction , and even Bile Blight work.
