How Can I Get This Deck To Work? (ALL SUGGESTIONS ARE WELCOME)

G/Ruul G/Reatness (ADVICE NEEDED)

I just started playing MTG a couple months back and this is the first competitive standard deck I built. I went 3-2 at FNM two weeks ago, and now I went 2-3 this week. It needs a major overhaul and needs to win. I need as many suggestions and whatnot to make this unstoppable.

Money isn't an issue, so name whatever cards you think should go in here.
