The Q&A is for rules questions. Moved to Deck Help.

You're not really even asking a question here. What kind of deck? What format? What budget? You need to give us information if you want us to give you an answer.

what format, what playstyle? For standard, i would suggest a midrange/control deck. Noting really in modern for those colors. Legacy, Stoneforge Mystic , Dark Confidant and 1 more 4 of. Use hand disruption and spell disruption with equipment (Batterskull , Umezawa's Jitte , sword of x and x).

Modern has some burny controlly builds, but it's most powerful in Legacy, as seen in my deck Red-Dead Redemption.

EDH has the feared Kaalia of the Vast , too.

Oh my god!!! I feel so bad, especially when i run a Kaalia of the Vast edh deck (sobs heavily). But yeah, you would do best in legacy or edh.

Khaleesi, or Kaalia of the Vast as is her real name is one of my favorite decks to play. Although, I have only won once or twice in almost 50+ games with her. It's not that the deck isn't good, it's just people see her, and the entire table's crosshairs are on you...and my play group includes a Teferi and a Talrand deck...if you are really bold, you can try to build an aristocrats standard chavest build, not sure how that would do though.

@Khanye, damn; TWO mono blue decks! I built a mono blue control deck because i have Kaalia of the Vast . anyways, make a Kaalia of the Vast edh deck, or Red-Dead Redemption.
