How fast can i reliably drop a Reliquary Tower?

I just started playing EDH and I'm having trouble playing Reliquary Tower or my two other options(Library of Leng and Spellbook early enough to not have dumped 10 cards into my graveyard because I'm drawing them too fast.
deck:reflections-edh-1 is the deck. Its based around copying creature effects and mass card draw, and i seem to have went a little overboard on the card draw thing, i think...
Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated and if you guys could take a look at the list and tell me what you think, id appreciate it.
card:Venser's Journal I find to be pretty underwhelming, as there are better things to put in your 5-slot. I only run the Journal in my Zedruu the Greathearted deck since it helps me with my two goals of gaining life, and having a big hand. The best part about Reliquary Tower , Spellbook and Library of Leng is how cheap they are.

Moved to Deck Help.
UB doesn't really have much land fetching besides hard tutoring. Expedition Map and Tolaria West , as Jimhawk said, are your two best options.

Thanks for helpin out guys. I really appreciate it. And Venser's Journal is defianately a little underwhelming and expensive... I'll definately hafta add expadition map. Hopefully that will smooth it out in playtesting.

Expedition Map and Tolaria West allow you to search for Reliquary Tower and you could also use card:Venser's Journal. I don't play EDH at all but those are the first things that come to mind.
