How made my deck competitive?

This is my deck: Mono-Black Undying (please coment) .It did well agains my friends but i want to make it competitive to participate in some standard tournamentts. i has thinking in add Army of the Damned and Liliana of the Dark Realms and Bone Splinters . Are mono-color competitive decks finished nowdays? please make your sugestions and opinions about the topic.Thanks
