So a few months ago I've started playing magic, however it's only 5/6 weeks ago I build my very first deck, My Blue/Black affinity. I know how my deck works however what would be the most effective way to start a game with it? The list of cards I do have is in this link. http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/jakarwis-etherium/

Without looking at the deck.
At least one power card like Master of Etherium , Steel Overseer , Arcbound Ravager , or Cranial Plating in hand, 1-2 lands and the rest should be removal or 0-1 drop artifacts.

Thanx for comments. Ya I was thinking about Mox Opal I'll probably get it when I can afford it because that card is pretty amazing. Also Out of Master of Etherium , Steel Overseer ,& Cranial Plating (I don't have Arcbound Ravager yet) which of the three is the most important to try to play on field the first?

It really depends. Steel Overseer probably first so you can activate his ability and play Master of Etherium on the same turn for a +2/+2 pump. That being said I prefer Cranial Plating but I also run Vault Skirge because the lifelink he provides will keep you faster than RDW/Burn.
My usual turn progression is T1 Mox Opal , Darksteel Citadel , 1-2x Memnite /Ornithopter (or 1x Signal Pest ), Vault Skirge . T2 Cranial Plating out+on Vault Skirge swing for X and gain X life.
That's ideal but you see how it can work. Cranial Plating is better if you have one creature with evasion like Etched Champion , Vault Skirge , or Inkmoth Nexus because it allows you to kill more efficiently.

Assuming you are playing Affinity for Artifacts:

Getting your hands on some Mox Opal would help the explosive Affinity starts, often starting T1 with 2 mana.
As for starts, I think the more important lesson for Affinity is to learn what to mulligan. Dumping your whole hand isn't terribly effective unless there's a Master of Etherium , Steel Overseer or Cranial Plating there as well.
