How to beat Mono Blue Devotion and Control?

So this is my deck: Silence in the Library, and I've never faced Mono Blue Devotion and wanted to know, how can I be ready for it? What should I sideboard? And how about for UWx Control, what should I run for that in the side? Thanks in advance.
