I personally feel like you have too many "One-of's".

You make note of it being based around card:Cathars' Crusade, but that's not even in the deck.

I'm simply a bit confused on what you're actually trying to do. Make a white token deck, with angels?

Or just a straight up Angel deck?

Sorry, I feel so stupid I forgot to put that down. I do have a lot of one's in it. Yeah, it's supposed to be a white token deck with angels. I should clear that up.

Anyways, I appreciate the help.
