I have a white weenie deck and I dont have any populate cards but I do have a Voice-of -Provinces I was thinking of using cloud shift to use her to populate. Is this a good road to go down or are there other ways to blink her for the same effect? Keep in mind I'm working on a budget. Any help would be great thanks

I assume you're trying to keep this deck in standard?

A link to the deck you're thinking of would go miles towards helping us give good input.

But in a general sense...the answer to your question is both yes and no. Using Cloudshift is a generally strong choice in most instances; it's a very cheap, versatile card that can let you pull many tricks. However, Voice of the Provinces is not really what you want to be doing with it. She's very expensive, especially for a white weenie deck, and she does very little for her effect.

Look for guys like Attended Knight for a better army, Azorius Arrester or Azorius Justiciar for ways to make your opponent stumble a bit, or Fiend Hunter for some removal shenanigans. (If you haven't heard of it already, look up the Fiend Hunter + Cloudshift trick that lets you exile a creature permanently.)

If you really want a Voice of the Provinces-style creature, then I'd recommend switching them out for Urbis Protector s. It's the same mana cost, but with him you can make yourself an angel each time you Cloudshift instead of just a dinky 1/1 human, and they'll be 4/4s to Voice's 3/3.

White junk tokens is the name of the deck. I have not updated the deck list yet but I have made some changes adding the cloud shifts being one of them

If your goal is to build a casual deck that is good with Cloudshift I'd also suggest getting some Conjurer's Closet s for a constant flow of flickering.
