I am editing a deck further and want thoughts on the edits

Golgari's Edited Army. I want to edit it further but first want to know if these are good trade in/outs.

Svogthos, the Restless Tomb , Abundant Growth , Dakmor Salvage , card:Ghoul's Feast, Golgari Grave-Troll for Haunted Fengraf , Explore , (shiny) Swamp , Grim Harvest , Champion of Lambholt .

(The first of each list are trade in/out and etc)

I chose the Champion of Lambholt because i noticed when I play with this deck, most of my creatures stay on the battlefield or in my hand, the ones in the grave mostly stay in for one-three turns. I also want to take out Shambling Shell for one of the following: Gravedigger , Bloodhunter Bat , Mortis Dogs but I am having trouble picking which one.
