If you're having trouble with tempo, definitely drop all the taplands. Llanowar RebornMTG Card: Llanowar Reborn and Oran-Rief, the VastwoodMTG Card: Oran-Rief, the Vastwood slow you down since they make you wait a turn to use them. Gavony TownshipMTG Card: Gavony Township might be a suitable alternative.

Just fyi. Green Sun's Zenith MTG Card: Green Sun's Zenith is banned in modern.

I think your problem is all the 4-of's. The reason you give a card a full playset to work with is because you want to see it in your opening hand. As it sits right now, you have Eleven unique cards you want to see in your opening hand (Including Oran-Rief, the VastwoodMTG Card: Oran-Rief, the Vastwood). You simply can't get them all.

You say the deck is being slow. How so? Are you finding all the necessary combo pieces? Is your opponent finding ways of dealing with your combo before you have it fully online?

You might want to fiddle with different color combinations. I would suggest adding blue, as this gives you some back-up in the form of counters, and ways to search for the artifact parts of your combo (FabricateMTG Card: Fabricate, ReshapeMTG Card: Reshape, etc.).

Try to find some other means. Maybe Chord of CallingMTG Card: Chord of Calling isn't necessary, since it IS slow. Requiring three green (or three green creatures) is a hefty cost.

Keep fiddling around with it, and I think you'll find a way to make it work consistently, if not as fast as you want it to.
