I have no idea what I'm doing!

I'm trying t add a commander deck, but I'm lost! If anyone would help me with the following questions, yeah, that'd be great.

1. Should I list my commander on my mainboard?
2. How do I indicate how many I have of a certain card? (I know it's commander, but just as a general thing. Also, lands.)

1. There is a field where you list your commander, under the description text field
   
2. Like this:
   1x Forest
   4x Island
   1x Oust

One eore thing if you guys don't mind. How should I list fuse spells and transforming creatures?

List the face side of the transforming card (with the casting cost). It will spawn a little "flip" link for the other face automatically. For example, Chalice of Life  ^Flip .

For double cards you insert one or two slashes between the names (Gatherer uses two, it seems acceptable syntax here). For example, Ready / Willing .
