I have trouble against Burn/Haste decks?

U/W Humans and Others is the deck i have problems with.
First of all the question you posted is stated more like a statement with a ? at the end. A similar example would be "I have 3 Force of Will for trade?". And the description for the question is worded like the deck you have trouble beating is U/W Humans and Others.
A better way to have posted this would have been (assuming you're wanting help with adjusting your deck to beat burn decks) would be to title it as "Need help with a bad matchup" or "My deck is getting creamed by Goblins and their lighting bolts here! Please help!". Then in the description post something like "My deck U/W Humans and Others is having problems dealing with my friend's fast red deck, his Stromkirk Nobles are getting big, his Stormblood Berserkers are overrunning me, his Archwing Dragons are avoiding my board wipes, and even if I take care of all of that his Shrine of Burning Rage is beating me over the head for 10+ damage! Are there any ways I could change my deck so I can beat this?!" this way you can get more accurate suggestions.

I have a suggestion for him: when it comes to burn build a deck that can survive the first punches. I have learned the drawback to burn decks is you burn up your hand withing the first couple turns and after that have nothing to play with, which is the point where you strike back, assuming your still alive.
