I am trying to make a deck using Cold Snap and card:Arcum's Weathervane to damage opponents. I was hoping to use Power Conduit to stall the effects of Cumulative Upkeep, but with so many pieces already involved in this little trick, is there any hope for actually staying alive long enough for it to kill someone? I figure that Ferropede could be used as well, and if you happened to have all four out, you could power the Forropede with the Power Conduit Does anyone have any other suggestions that might work for this idea?

These pieces should be fine as long as you have plenty of draw power to reach them; after all, these combo parts are cheap in mana cost, which is definitely a positive. You can go for W/U this way, with detain, counterspells, bounce and walls to stall an opponent. White can also search out your enchantment for you.

Also, another way of gaining advantage over your opponent in the Cold Snap race is to give your opponent an additional painful upkeep with Paradox Haze . You seem to have a good footing with the charge counters though, so not too many worries if you don't decide to fit it in,
